While in Nashville, he met Reflection Music Group artist Canon and the two developed a mentor-protégé relationship with Canon teaching Poetics how to produce. As of 2020 he resides in Phoenix, Arizona. Since his debut in 2016, Poetics has been credited for more than 200 released songs by artists that include Snøw, Rxseboy, HONNE, KB, Futuristic, Dizzy Wright, Chuuwee, Derek Minor, Chris Rivers, Beanz, Vin Jay, Canon, Marlon Craft, KJ-52, Wande and more. His music was also used in a media campaign for Xbox. Chosen by Rapzilla.com to its Freshman Class of 2019 - the second producer to ever make the list - Poetics has been interviewed by Elevator Magazine, Rapzilla, Trackstarz, Thisis50.com, and other sites that cover Hip-Hop music. In 2021 his single "Narkoleptik" premiered on Revolt TV. Respected among the hip-hop community and the lofi instrumental community he continues to release music in both avenues and get accolades in both. He doesn't appear to let any community put his music in a box.
