I am learning to fall with courage and grace. I am learning to rise through diligence and discipline. I am learning to deconstruct old habits. I am learning to embrace only what I can control. I am learning to take life less seriously. To receive the gifts I once overlooked. To give with no expectation of return. To have faith. To navigate the inner world. I’ve just emerged from a long season of stuckness— a kind of personal winter. I was listening more deeply than ever before. I became more aware of my self-sabotage. I allowed myself to feel the pain I had long avoided, in an attempt to transform. I return now—not from the same place I left, but from a truer one. I’ve shed many layers. I am closer to the self, and to the Source, channeling music as a form of self-exploration. My voice, my words, my song— this is all I can give, to myself, and to you.
