Braden Barrie, known for his emo-acoustic music project SayWeCanFly, began his musical journey in 2009, crafting heartfelt acoustic songs from his bedroom. His music quickly resonated with listeners online, leading to a devoted following that embraced the relatable and emotional depth of his vulnerable lyrics and melodies. Dropping out of high school to pursue a life of touring, Braden quickly found himself playing an entire summer on the 2015 Vans Warped Tour, along with supporting bands like Plain White T's, Secondhand Serenade, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, and Metro Station. Braden has also completed multiple headline tours across North America, UK, and Europe. With multiple studio albums under his belt, gathering millions of streams, Braden expanded his musical horizons by collaborating with EDM producers like Said The Sky & William Black. Their song "On My Own," was featured at Illenium's Trilogy stadium event & Red Rocks. Braden's creativity extends beyond music into filmmaking, adding another layer of depth to his artistic repertoire.
