Anang

Anang emerges on the São Paulo metal scene, with a name inspired by Anhangá — a spirit from Tupi mythology and various other Indigenous traditions of Brazil. The debut EP "Memoria" was born from a creative process that mirrors its own concept: excavating the past to build something new. "Bleak" portrays the destructive cycle of revenge. "Solitude" delves into initial isolation, where the individual confronts their own shadow. "Within the Silence" is the truce, the silence where the storm loses its strength. "Redemption" represents forgiveness, proving that a well-cared-for memory is not an anchor—it's a compass. The band is planning the release tour in 2026, and already recording the full album.
