Uncle Strut

The Vancouver-based four-piece - Tyson McNamara (vocals/guitar), Simon Tejani (bass/vocals), Quincy Flowers (drums/vocals), and Jasper Matthias (lead guitar) - marked 2025 as a year full of milestones. Their debut full-length LP, Home At Last - garnered over 3,000,000 streams worldwide, followed by a string of sold out shows across Canada, including a show at the historic Hollywood Theatre in Vancouver. Since then, Uncle Strut have continued to build momentum, with their single “Call My Name” spending 17 weeks on Billboard Canada and topping Sirius XM's The Verge most played songs for May 2026. A growing catalogue of new music sees the band pushing their signature Croc Rock sound further into 2027. Rooted in rock & roll but drawing from surf, psych, pop, and funk, the band’s next chapter finds them bigger, louder, and more ambitious than ever. Uncle Strut is a project built on inclusivity, friendship, fun, and love - a band where everyone is welcome and a place where everyone has a home.
