L.A.X

Damilola Afolabi, known professionally as L.A.X is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, recording & performing artist creating a fusion of sounds tagged 'Zaza Vibes' that is peculiar to him; a fusion of afrobeats, house, and amapiano. Throughout his musical career so far, L.A.X has worked with Wizkid, Konshens, R3HAB, Black Sherif, Ayra Starr, Simi, Tiwa Savage, Yemi Alade, Maleek Berry, Moelogo, and more. Under his independent label Rasaki Music, L.A.X has been churning out a mixture of club bangers and serenades since 2016 including PEPE ft Davido, “Fine Boy”, "Caro" & "Ginger" with Wizkid, “Gimme Dat”, Gwara Gwara” and most recently, global records like 'Sempe', 'Go Low' from with his sophomore album “Zaza Vibes'' currently on 560M+ streams. On the back of his 2023 project 'No Bad Vibes' with features from Black Sherif, Ayra Starr, Konshens, and more, L.A.X completed a 25-city EU tour over 2 months, a packed week in Paris for Fashion Week with his debut runway walk and a string of media runs.
