Prophets of the Cosmic Darkness

🚫 No AI will ever be used to create my music. Prompt jockeys are not artist. 🚫 Founded in January 2025 by Timmy Wakefield, Prophets of the Cosmic Darkness is a solo synth-pop and dream-pop project built on the idea that music can be both a soundtrack and a story. Writing, performing, producing, and mixing every track himself, Wakefield creates cinematic worlds filled with shimmering synthesizers, nostalgic melodies, and neon-lit emotion. Influenced by artists such as Boy Harsher, Chromatics and CHVRCHES, the project blends retro textures with modern songwriting to create music for dreamers, night drivers, and anyone searching for a moment of escape. More than a musical act, Prophets of the Cosmic Darkness is an evolving mythology—an expanding cinematic universe where future releases will further explore the stories, symbols, and characters hidden beyond the music. Wakefield is also attached to emo rock band Daedrix where he writes and produces with longtime bandmate and friend, Brian Rich. https://links.prophetsofthecosmicdarkness.com
