Florian and the Better Hand

Florian and the Better Hand is the musical world of Florian Meyer - a place where heart, feeling and imagination meet somewhere beyond the real and the unreal. There are no fixed borders here. Genres shift, languages change, tenderness collides with absurdity, and a quiet thought can suddenly become a strange little universe of its own. Some songs look inward, others stare at modern life with curiosity, irony or a crooked smile. What connects them is a search for something genuinely felt. Songs such as "Honest", "Little Song" and "A.N.S.H." move through vulnerability, courage, connection and the complicated relationship between humans and the worlds they create. Florian and the Better Hand makes music for the space where reality ends, imagination begins - and feelings refuse to tell the difference. The project is based in Switzerland, with one foot in reality and the other somewhere harder to locate.
