Molato

Joseph Konadu Antwi Yiadom, better known as Molato, is a rising voice from Sowutuom, Accra — a young artist whose music speaks the raw truth of what it means to grow up on the streets of Ghana today. With a fearless blend of emotion and grit, Molato channels his lived experience into every bar, creating music that resonates with those fighting to be seen, heard, and understood. Best known for his 2019 project “The Return EP,” Molato made waves with his passionate delivery and lyrical honesty. In 2022, he dropped “Black & Shining,” a powerful mixtape that reflects his journey — touching on loyalty, loss, and the resilience it takes to rise through pain. Driven by more than fame, Molato uses music as a tool for connection and healing. His goal is simple: to represent his people, reflect their struggles, and remind every young Ghanaian dreamer that their story matters. This is Molato. Real. Relatable. Ready for the world.
