Combat Wounded Veteran

COMBAT WOUNDED VETERAN remains an exemplar of a very particular strain of hardcore-based music that draws far more from absurdism, outsider art, and the type of legitimately weird shit two Florida men dream up while working endless hours at a Taco Bell than any type of paint by numbers trope. The result was often short, noisy, violent-sounding songs with a warped visual palette to match. They ran from the mid-90's until the early 00's, touring quite a bit domestically and abroad. April 7, 2023 saw all COMBAT WOUNDED VETERAN songs being formally reissued and made available for streaming and download platforms in an official capacity. These releases are part of a larger project, wherein Dark Operative will now be administering the band's entire discography in the digital realm and reissuing all of the material in a series of vinyl releases in the months to come. Additionally, the band has launched an official merchandise store in collaboration with Midnight Screening. Finally, the band will be donating their proceeds on all releases and merchandise to various charities on local levels around the planet. Please stay tuned for more information.
