Khamsin

Khamsin is a band from Nashville, TN. Beginning as the solo project of Jacob Curry, the band has grown toward lyrically based, Second Wave-inspired emo with washed out, yet jagged guitar riffs and a rolling rhythm section. As a full band, currently including friends Cole Harrison (Nicholas Wall), Eric Emling (midmajor), and Caleb Pierce, the group has shared the stage with a variety of heavy hitters including Thursday, From Indian Lakes, Delta Sleep, Pianos Become The Teeth, Caracara, and Valleyheart. After a string of EPs and numerous tours with friends like Tummyache, Bouquet, A Modest Proposal, Antlerhead, and Old News, Khamsin released their debut LP What’s Left of Life on May 13, 2022. Thousand Yard Stare / Abacus was released Summer 2026. — — DreamoThe Sound of DreamoEmogaze & Dreamo
