Inside Trading

INSIDE TRADING is an Auckland based producer & musician specializing in organic downbeat and instrumental hip-hop, and electronic music. As well as touring-band appearances with the likes of Stranger Cole, Chris Murray and Tyson Ritter of The All-American Rejects, he is a frequent live musician in multiple New Zealand bands including Night Gaunts, Yebiisu, and Lost Vessels. INSIDE TRADING as a project was started as a lockdown experiment, with 48-hour turnarounds to complete a series of collaborations with other producers. The result was 'Inside Trading Vol 1 & 2', a collection of home-studio recordings alongside other collaborators. The next 12 months sees appearances with Radio Relaxo as well as more funky downbeat chill-hop collabs, usually providing guitar and bass duties, with tracks signed with renowned London-based label Millennium Jazz Music and forthcoming vinyl on European imprint Village Live, alongside turntablist and producer Mista Ed .
