Jillian Edwards

Jillian Edwards is a singer/songwriter based in Franklin, TN. Softly reminiscent of Sixpence None The Richer with a Southern swirl, the Texas-born artist’s ethereal indie-folk vocals blend seamlessly with her own melodic sensibility in her latest release “If My Heart Was A Town.”  Rediscovering herself musically through the transformative seasons of marriage and motherhood has brought her craft to fresh ground, pulling back the curtain on her own whimsical world of effortless country music. From grassroots touring throughout her twenties, to expanding her audience through her captivating  vocals appearing in TV and film over the years, Jillian has more than a decade of releases and loyal listeners under her belt. You can hear songs she’s written for TV/Film on shows like Grey’s Anatomy, Nashville, Pretty Little Liars, The Fosters, The Originals, & Catfish. Her voice has also been featured on ads for Citi Bank, Payless, and DignityHealth. Her early career is marked by her EP Headfirst (2011) which charted on Billboard, where it placed on five charts: The Billboard 200 at No. 187, Folk Albums at No. 6, Rock Albums at No. 32, Independent Albums at No. 28, and Heatseekers Albums at No. 2. Her EP Daydream (2014) placed on three Billboard magazine charts, where it peaked at No. 6 on Folk Albums, No. 33 on Independent Albums, and No. 6 on Heatseekers Albums.
