Bård Berg

Bård Berg is an Oslo-based producer, drummer, and artist who has established himself as a hot name on the electronic scene in Norway.
"At a Bård Berg concert, the DJ booth is replaced by top-tier musicians delivering soulful and sophisticated world-class club music" (All Things Live). Bård Berg is Oslo’s answer to a modern wave of house artists blending smooth, flowing beats with a sharp pop instinct. With his innovative expression, the artist combines hip-hop and house with his jazz-trained drummer background. By working as a drummer and producer for top-tier Norwegian artists, Bård has gained extensive experience in crafting catchy productions and delivering outstanding live performances. In his studio in Oslo, he has worked on his solo project “Oslo Beats,” a concept that brings together a new generation of musicians, artists, and vocalists from Oslo. The albums Oslo Beats and Oslo Beats Vol. II have received high praise from both the industry and critics, with the second album being named one of GAFFA’s top 10 albums of 2021. Bård Berg says: “The album is aiming to summarize and portray Oslo’s vibe and diversity through electronic elements and dance rhythms. The album is packed with great musicians and features with vocalists and artists, and is the result of countless hours and countless sessions in my studio at Carl Berner.”
