Subhavani

Neoclassical ambient inspired by deep meditative states and a great love of music and nature. Im inspired by the quiet, rich beauty classicism of Max Richter and neoclassical artist like Luke Howard as ambient artists like Slow Meadow and Owsey. I chose the name Subhavani for my ambient work, which in Sanskrit means "voice of beauty". I also release piano music as Rich Batsford and as MettaForm and I write Buddhist choral music which may be recorded shortly under the name Sarvadarśin, meaning "all-seeing", which I was given when I was ordained as a member of the Triratna Buddhist Order.
