Wretched Things

Wretched Things is a nu-metal trio forged by brothers raised in the backroads of East Texas, where a shared past fuels a sound that’s both modern and unpolished. Their music pulls from metalcore’s intensity while leaning into something heavier and more visceral, driven by down-tuned riffs, textured atmospheres, and sharp melodic turns that collide with crushing breakdowns and uncompromising vocals. There’s a constant push and pull in their songs, shifting between tension and release, restraint and impact. Lyrically, they dig into inner conflict, betrayal, and self-reflection, often threading in religious imagery that adds another layer of contrast and weight. Every track feels lived-in and deliberate, built to resonate as deeply as it hits hard. At its core, Wretched Things channels real-life experience into something raw, loud, and undeniably honest.
