Nikola Sy

Nikola Sy is a singer-songwriter and guitarist whose music draws from indie folk, classic rock, and the sounds of the 1960s and ’70s. Originally from Alabama, he studied Audio Technology at SAE Institute Nashville before spending years performing throughout the Southeast and South Florida. After performing hundreds of live shows, Nikola spent a year living and playing music in Thailand, an experience that broadened his musical perspective and deepened his connection to songwriting and travel. In recent years, he has also collaborated with electronic producers, most notably Crowd Controlol. Their reimagining of Radiohead’s “Everything In Its Right Place” was released on Nervous Records and charted on both Traxsource and Beatport. Whether performing solo with an acoustic guitar or collaborating on electronic projects, Nikola’s music is rooted in honest songwriting, memorable melodies, and a love for connecting people through music.
