Biography & Metadata

Dannii kicked off 2024 with a brand-new dance hit through Central Station Records – ‘Thinking ‘Bout Us’, a collaboration with Sydney DJ & producer, Autone. Accompanied by a music video sprinkled with references to her previous releases, the song shot straight to No.1 on the Australian, UK & US iTunes Dance Charts on the weekend of its release & hit No.1 on the UK Upfront Club Chart on March 15. Dannii has released five studio albums, among many other single and compilation releases: Love and Kisses (Aust)/Dannii (UK) in 1991, Get into You in 1993, Girl in 1997, Neon Nights in 2003 & Club Disco in 2007.  In 1990 she released her debut Top 10 single and album, Love and Kisses and a string of Top 10 chart hits followed internationally including Jump To The Beat, This Is It, Put The Needle On It, I Begin To Wonder and You Won’t Forget About Me. Dubbed the 'Queen of the Clubs' for her record-breaking 14 No.1 dance singles in the UK - more consecutive No.1s than any other female artist in the world - Dannii's reign began in 1997 with the Xenomania chart-topper All I Wanna Do and continued with the international hit Who Do You Love Now? In 2001. Her music has earned her more than 200 weeks on the official UK sales chart. Dannii celebrated 25 years of Girl, her third studio album, in 2022 with a Special Edition vinyl and CD Collector’s Edition, while in 2023 she celebrated 20 years of Neon Nights, releasing a 20th Anniversary editions of the Top 10 record in multiple formats.
