LVVRS

LVVRS (pronounced “lovers”) is a high-energy pop-rock band blending glossy hooks, rock swagger, and cinematic atmosphere built for massive festival crowds. Since forming on Valentine’s Day 2018, they’ve built one of the most impressive independent resumes in alt-pop without a label. After breaking out with their EP Midnight Fantasy, LVVRS racked up major placements in A24 films, Netflix, network TV, and delivered electrifying performances at SXSW, New Orleans Jazz Fest, Austin City Limits, the Grand Ole Opry and more. With a growing list of awards, viral fan-favorite singles like “The Bed,” and a debut album Heaven and the Heartland arriving in Spring 2027, LVVRS is fast becoming one of modern pop-rock’s most exciting emerging forces. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Maroon 5, INXS, the shimmering glam of T. Rex, and The 1975, the band crafts songs that each boast their own distinct sound and personality—a remarkable achievement in today’s music landscape. Often likened to Michael Hutchence for his commanding vocal presence and moves, front man and guitarist River Gibson drives the sonic force of LVVRS. Under his lead, the band seamlessly blends gritty guitar riffs with club-ready beats, crafting a sound that is as cinematic as it is anthemic.
