Biography & Metadata
BANDANA CHEYENNA is the artist project of prolific singer songwriter Cheyenne Rose Arnspiger. A genderfree and genre-free “hippie songbird” from the Midwest cornfields of Ohio, Cheyenna moved to Nashville in 2017 and has written for notable artists including Dasha, Tigirlily Gold, Mickey Guyton, BRELAND, Abby Anderson, Owen Reigling, GAYLE, Alexandra Kay, Julia Cole, Sophia Scott, Jonah Marais (Why Don’t We), Elizabeth Nichols, Kaylee Rose, Maddie Zahm, Bre Kennedy & more. After co-penning Dasha’s global country hit, “Austin (Boots Stop Workin’),” which peaked at 18 on the Billboard charts and won Female Song of 2024 at the People’s Choice Country Awards, Cheyenna has launched a solo artist project with a diverse blend of music heavily influenced by their nomadic lifestyle, solo travels and personal journey. They draw inspiration from timeless singer songwriters such as Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, Willie Nelson and Stevie Nicks, as well as current artists Kacey Musgraves and Noah Kahan. Cheyenna has appeared on radio home of the Grand Ole Opry WSM-AM, performed at Nashville's Pride Festival, the legendary Bluebird Café, recently debuted SXSW (South by Southwest) in Austin, TX, and were named one of 32 finalists in Nashville’s Lightning 100.1FM Music City Mayhem 2026 radio contest. Passionate about amplifying female voices in the country genre and spreading peace and love through meaningful songwriting, Bandana Cheyenna is one to watch in today’s music landscape.
