Michael Hoffmann

Michael Hoffmann is a Maine-based composer, pianist, arranger, sound designer, and performer. Originally a self-taught pianist, they later received classical training at the University of Southern Maine, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Music with high honors. During their time at the University of Southern Maine’s School of Music, they wrote and performed music with the USM Composer’s Ensemble. In addition to his work scoring games like The Shadow Government Simulator and An Eternity Gone By, they frequently arrange game music and perform as a member of the video game remix community. When not working on music, they enjoy hiking, reading, and of course playing video games.
