Asi Ituen

In the now overpopulated game of Hip-Hop played in Atlanta, Asi Ituen tests the norm by including RnB tendiences and harmonic melodies into his sound. Born in Durham, North Carolina but raised in Nigeria, Akwa Ibom State; Asi has captivated fans internationally with his unique sound. Being an independent 23 year old artist, the singer/songwriter began writing music his junior year of high school. Since then he has been hard at work gaining fans globally, and consistently releasing new music. 
 Dropping his first single “PussyWeed” on October 24th, 2018 featuring Kidd Ambition introduced a new school wave of hip-hop; capturing the general public’s ears. Asi delivered his first indie album titled, “Prince Gemini” May 31st, 2019. This project was held as the soundtrack of the Summer by his peers. Fan favorites being “Dance,” “Body Count,” and “Matic”. Influences such as Nicki Minaj, Jill Scott, Amy Winehouse, and MadeinTYO contribute to the formula and vocal arrangements heard in his music. 
 On November 29th, 2019 Asi released his first radio hit titled “Déjà Vu,” featuring Fhantem. This became his first track to reach a public radio station in Atlanta, Georgia known as 91.1 WCLK HD3, as well as overseas in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria on Comfort 95.1 FM, Uyo. 
 Now the singer/songwriter is working on gigs and recording his second solo project that embodies his newfound sound.
