Rue Jay

Rue Jay is a Birmingham-born house music artist, a radio host on Centreforce 883 with the RUED Thursdays show (4-6pm) and a presenter for Wh0 Plays Sessions. Rue quickly emerged as one of the UK’s most exciting dance music exports. Known for his old-school energy and peak-time productions, he rose from the Midlands club circuit to international recognition. 2025 marked a breakthrough year, with The Creator ranking as the 44th most played record of the year and I Want Your Love placing #82 in the 1001TRACKLISTS A State of Dance Music list. Rue secured two Beatport #1 singles, multiple Top-10 chart hits, and mainstream exposure via Capital Dance. I Want Your Love spent four consecutive weeks at #1 on the Beatport House Chart, followed by Sweet Sensation (ft. Livvy Lauren), which also reached #1, earning support from artists including Carl Cox, Fisher, Carlita, Mel C, Gorgon City, and Hannah Wants.
