Honeycub

Emerging from the gritty northern city of Leeds, Honeycub are Ollie Wilson (Vocals/Guitars), Eddie Dawson (Bass) and Charlie Lord (Drums). 
 Formed in Leeds, England in 2018, their music is a melting (honey) pot of 90's alternative and grunge with flavours of early Radiohead and Muse with a topping of modern day Royal Blood . 
 The band have gone from strength to strength and have been riding the wave of the rebirth of heavy guitar music in recent years. Support slots with scene heroes Fangclub, Big Spring , Black Foxxes and Sick Joy have propelled the band quickly in popularity and helped to build a foundational following both live and online. 
 The band have had a successful start with their first 4 singles - most notably their single 'Waking Up' - which made it onto a number of Spotify curated playlists including Smells Like Stream Spirit and now has over 70,000 streams. These songs have been championed by several key people including Emily Pilbeam (BBC Introducing - Yorkshire) and Elise Cobain (Senior Music Programmer at Amazon Music). 
 Honeycub are now ready to unleash 5 new tracks written and recorded during the Covid-19 pandemic produced by Alex Loring (Fangclub, Big Spring, Rews, Carpark, Tropic Gold). 
 Armed with this new material, Honeycub are ready to step up to the next level and grow their loyal fan base even further.
