Biography & Metadata
Cheloo is one of the most influential voices in Romanian Hip-Hop. A pioneer and lyricist with razor-sharp wit, and a relentless truth-teller. Known for his raw delivery and unapologetic social commentary, he has shaped the sound and attitude of an entire generation. As the co-founder of Paraziții, Cheloo helped build one of the most iconic rap groups in Eastern Europe, pushing boundaries since the late ’90s and setting benchmarks for authenticity, attitude, and creative independence. His solo career showcases a darker, introspective, and experimental edge, blending gritty boom-bap energy with powerful storytelling and rebellious spirit.
