Two of Hearts

We’re an indie music duo with deep roots in life and music. My wife, Melissa, and I have been playing together for over 30 years, taking a break to raise our three kids. Now that they’re grown, we’re back in our home studio, creating original music. I (Shawn) handle most of the writing and arranging, while Melissa brings her skills as a bassist and vocalist. Together, we mix and master each track. With over 35 years of experience, I play bass, guitar, and keyboard, influenced by my time in 1990s California rock bands, where I was also a songwriter. I co-wrote around 400 songs during that era, and since returning to the studio in recent years , we’re excited to grow our catalog and connect with music lovers. Staying truly independent, we handle every part of the creative process ourselves.
