Toshiki Soejima

Toshiki Soejima is a Japanese guitarist and songwriter known for his neo-soul sound, evocative compositions, and expressive guitar tone. He began his solo career in earnest with the release of his EP *Life* in 2021. His YouTube channel has surpassed 87 million total views. In 2024, he released the EPs *Tokyo* and *Moyu* via Stereofox, both receiving airplay on BBC radio in the UK, followed by *Carefree*, a collaborative EP with edbl. His track *Moon* was nominated for Best Instrumental Song at MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN. In 2025, Soejima released his album *SCENE* worldwide. That same year, Eric Clapton introduced him as “the Japanese guitarist he is most excited about right now,” drawing widespread attention. Soejima has performed around the world at venues including Blue Note Tokyo, New Morning in Paris, and The Jazz Cafe in London. Alongside his artist career, he is also active in music education through published guitar books and Soul Guitar Lab, his online guitar school.
