Dutch drum and bass artist TANTRON has carved out his own lane in the genre, balancing high intensity with melody and depth. With a distinctive sound and an energetic presence behind the decks, his music has found its way to stages around the world, with his unmistakable bucket hat. Music has been a constant throughout TANTRON’s life. He started DJing at just 11 and began producing soon after, experimenting with different styles of electronic music while developing a fascination with classical music that still shapes his sound today. His productions combine storytelling melodies with heavy, energetic drops, creating a sound that is distinctly his own. Since entering the drum and bass scene in 2019, early viral bootlegs of Pump It and Baddadan helped introduce TANTRON to a wider audience, followed by performances at both Rampage Weekender and Rampage Open Air mainstages, Beats For Love, multiple ADE shows and a headline tour across New Zealand. In 2025 alone, he performed 40 shows across 17 countries. His catalogue includes releases on Monstercat, NCS, Bassrush Records, VISION and Hospital Records, alongside two features in the globally acclaimed racing game series Forza Horizon (6). With millions of streams across his music and an increasingly international touring schedule, TANTRON continues to experiment and push his own corner of drum and bass forward.
