DILAN SKIES is a British-Indian Singer/Songwriter & Producer from London. Singing since childhood, it was the positive reactions from friends at 15 that sparked the passion to pursue music. Fascinated by songwriting, he worked relentlessly to perfect his craft, wanting to create music that connected with people the way songs had connected with him. Growing up on Indian music, he learned how melody alone can evoke emotion, a feeling he now seeks to recreate. At 18, a demo recorded on his phone won him a competition by musician & influencer Edgar Sandoval Jr , giving him the belief to pursue music seriously. Since then, SKIES has developed a unique Pop/R&B sound influenced by Craig David, The 1975, Chase Atlantic, and Justin Timberlake. With major press support such as from BBC Introducing, 2025 marks his defining year with the release of his debut album TO BE SEEN , a “timepiece” capturing the beginning of his story. Alongside his own artistry, he is writing daily to ensure he cements himself as a name to watch. Alright, enough of the professional yaps. My goal for my music is to evoke emotion and connect with people. Whether it’s an anthem for your vacation, a song for heartbreak, or a soundtrack to late-night study sessions, I’m grateful you’re listening.
