ReCorpo

The name ReCorpo combines the prefix "Re-" (rebirth, renewal, transformation) with the Italian word "Corpo" (body), reflecting the idea of giving new form to emotions, experiences, and memories through sound. Every track begins with a feeling, a place, or a fleeting moment: the flight of a bird above the sea, the silence of a forgotten street, the atmosphere of a distant landscape, or an emotion that refuses to fade away. These fragments are collected and transformed into music. While ReCorpo's sound moves across different forms of electronic music—from Melodic House and Organic House to Breakbeat, Drumfunk, and Neurofunk—the project is not defined by genre. It is defined by a sensibility. At its core lies a constant search for emotional depth through minor-key harmonies, immersive atmospheres, warm and powerful basslines, and melodies that balance melancholy with hope. Even in its most energetic and rhythmically complex moments, the music remains deeply introspective. The beats may evolve, but the emotional language remains unchanged: finding beauty in melancholy, and movement within emotion.
