Amir Obè is a musician representing Detroit, MI. As a singer, songwriter, and producer, he takes pride in being deeply involved in every layer of his craft. Working closely with longtime collaborator NYLZ, Amir continues to push boundaries both sonically and visually. His early contributions to Drake’s If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late helped solidify his creative presence, followed by his Def Jam EP None Of The Clock’s Work and his acclaimed debut album after. In 2025, Amir released his mixtape LOOKING FOR THE NEAREST EXIT — a prelude to his second full-length album expected later this year. After completing his solo IF I SHOULD DISAPPEAR tour in November 2025, Amir shifted his focus toward the next evolution of his sound. Currently, he’s crafting a genre-bending full-length album that expands on the emotional worlds he’s known for. With an instinctive ear for production and a storytelling approach that taps into deep moods and submerged feelings, Amir is building a body of work that blurs categories, pulls listeners inward, and cements his place as one of the most forward-leaning voices in modern music
