Sam Sample

Sam Sample is proof that hard work, determination, and an unshakable will can make dreams become reality—and that her self-coined AmeriRock sound can stand proudly on its own. Blending the vivid storytelling of Americana with the grit and edge of alternative and classic rock, Sam has carved out a distinct voice in the modern music landscape. Entirely self-funded by her 9-5, Sam invests every spare dollar and hour into her songwriting. Her debut album I’m Moving to the Moon—recorded between her NYC apartment and Bear Creek Studio with Grammy-nominated producer Ryan Hadlock (Zach Bryan, The Lumineers, Brandi Carlile, Vance Joy) and Taylor James Carroll (Waylon Wyatt, Wyatt Flores)—has surpassed 2.5 million streams across platforms and sold-out shows. Rooted in her Georgia upbringing and sharpened by her Manhattan drive, Sam’s songwriting is praised for its honesty and emotional depth. Her lyrics weave in tales from her neuroscience and technology background. They are raw, reflective, and deeply human. Sam is gearing up for her second headline tour in the southeast this summer–– The HOMECOMING Tour, alongside the release of her sophomore LP, "Look in the Mirror and Beg."
