Across the Frostlands

Across The Frostlands is the solo project by Veronica MoonRay, a Spain-based Italian singer and songwriter with experience as a classical composer. Genre: Epic Electronic Rock with an open door to Industrial and a large use of Dubstep, Synthwave, and Retrowave. The vibration often invades the sphere of Heavy Rock and Heavy Metal. STRICT ANTI-AI MANIFESTO: This project stands completely against the use of A.I. in music. 100% of the music, orchestration, lyrics, and vocals are fully written, arranged, performed, and recorded by human hands and human voice. No AI generation, no synthetic vocal synthesis, and no automated tools are ever used. Veronica is a sweet yet solid soprano, specializing in layering choral textures and blending classical with modern techniques. Sound and instruments: the sound is an exaltation of energy expressed through electronic basses, sequencers, and arps. In addition, there is an exuberant background of delicate synths mixed with orchestral instruments to provide an epic taste, accompanied by thick distortion on the guitar and bass, and a mix of real and electronic drum sounds. Veronica records and creates the majority of the sounds herself from scratch and then transforms them into synths. She uses specific sounds for each album that characterize its personality. Influences: Veronica doesn't exactly conform to anything or follow already traced lines. She's an eternal black sheep with the soul of a unicorn.
