Artinho

Born in London and now based in Dover, Artinho is carving his lane in the UK Alternative Rap scene with a genre-blending sound that fuses Hip-Hop, R&B and Electronic influences. Inspired by freestyle sessions in 2016, he released his debut EP The Documentary while still a student, experimenting with a diverse sonic palette. Drawing from icons like Michael Jackson, Skepta, Daft Punk and Kanye West, he has crafted a unique style that resonates globally. His track Fury featuring Matrace earned airplay on BBC Introducing and Amazing Radio UK/USA, while Solid stayed on Amazing Radio’s Specialist Playlist for three weeks in 2024. In 2025, Artinho dropped Mood and Nightmares feat. Ediz B — both received strong support, were played on BBC Introducing and landed on multiple playlists. This spring he releases the music video for Villain feat. Khalil Madovi at the Music in May Festival in Folkestone, followed by a summer run of releases. Artinho has announced his next single, Set Pace, arriving next month, as anticipation builds for his upcoming mixtape 19:19 — Allure & The Madness, Part 1. In addition, Artinho was nominated for “Solo Act” at the 9th Wigwam Awards, highlighting his rapid rise as an independent artist. 2026 is shaping up to be a breakthrough year for Artinho as he continues dropping music, expanding his audience and delivering electrifying live performances. An artist to watch.
