Biography & Metadata
Trosk is the artist project of Indian music producer Ritesh Prajapati, blending melodic electronic music with contemporary Indian influences. Inspired by Tropical House, he launched the project in 2018 after years of exploring the genre as a listener. The name Trosk comes from "Tro"(Tropical) and "Sk" (Bask), reflecting the warm, uplifting sound that shaped his musical identity. He debuted in 2019 with "No Time For You" on Diepgraven Records, earning support from Lost Frequencies, Sony Music Switzerland, and Tropical House Records. In 2020, he signed with Sony Music Sweden and released his debut EP, Dance in the Moonlight, with Emilia Milton. The project was supported by Kygo, Tomorrowland Radio, Rolling Stone India, and featured on Spotify editorial playlists including New Music Friday Sweden, Norway, and Denmark In 2023, Trosk expanded his sound through official Lofi releases with Universal Music India, Warner Music India, and Zee Music Company, reimagining music by artists including Badshah, Darshan Raval, King, Arijit Singh, and Diljit Dosanjh In 2026, he released his biggest song, "Zulfe" with Saahel, which entered the Spotify Viral Charts, followed by his new release "Arzi" with Vishalrc Today, Trosk's music has generated over 250 million streams across Spotify and YouTube, alongside 1.2 billion+ TikTok views and 200 million+ YouTube Shorts views
