Biography & Metadata

All Was Lost is a Melodic Metalcore group that broke into the world February 18th, 2021 with the release of their debut single, CLOSURE. Closure features melodic clean guitar riffs, technical drum beats, hard-hitting breakdowns, & catchy choruses. The bands second single, SHATTERED, was released on October 16, 2021. Both tracks were mixed & mastered by All Was Lost in collaboration with Brandon Bollinger. In the Fall of 2022, the band announced the release date of their debut EP, RESTRUCTURE, which was accompanied by the title track off of the album. Restructure features Justin Deblieck formerly of Ice Nine Kills and brings with it a sound of old school heaviness that is well blended with newer ambient tones & more progressive styles. The first two singles, Closure & Shattered, were re-released & remastered for the EP. MIRRORS, which came came out with the record, features Jesse Zaraska of Misery Signals. The album was released on May 26, 2023 & contained seven songs: Breathe, Restructure, Closure, Mirrors, Become, Shattered, & Dreams. It was recorded by All Was Lost & Mixed/Mastered by Brandon Bollinger of Unkindled Audio. Since then, AWL has been working hard on their second album which is projected to drop in June 2025. The first single off that record, SPEAKING IN THE RAIN, was released on February 21, 2025. The song & record contains a thematic concept of grief & loss - with the goal of promoting community connection & healing. FFO: ERRA, Misery Signals & more.
