A jack of all trades with collaborations including Chance The Rapper, Vic Mensa, Pharrell and more, singer, songwriter and producer Darius Scott musically known as DIXSON, has made a huge impact in entertainment making his mark across multiple genres. As a Roc Nation signee, the 11 instrument playing talent, who for years has been recognized for his extraordinary work as a producer and vocal arranger behind the scenes, is stepping to the forefront in 2021 with his first album as a solo artist. Inspired by his life events, he has written and produced all his work, releasing singles such as “Summertime.Fin,” “Aura,” and “BIG BRAVE MAN,” a song dedicated to his late father. The Atlanta, Georgia native garnered a social media presence singing creative covers and stepped into the national spotlight in 2016 joining Pharrell Williams’ team on NBC’s The Voice and earned an impressive spot in the Top 20. During his time on The Voice, he arranged all of his songs and built a strong relationship with Williams, who also shares the same passion for producing. After exiting the show, DIXSON has produced and written for artists such as Chance the Rapper, Justin Bieber, Chika, YEBBA, BOSCO, Kirk Franklin, Kim Burrell, Peter CottonTale and Cannes Lion award winning campaign, ONWARD.
