Von Sharp

EDM and Hip Hop share a deep and evolving connection, blending elements from both genres to create new, innovative sounds. Spearheading that effort from Australia is Producer Von Sharp. Proving that the land down under is far from a carbon copy of the recognised heavy weight cities of New York, London, LA & Berlin, the multi-faceted artist is making the kind of waves once reserved for Aussie artist like Fisher. Laying down fat beats, hypnotic vocals and infectious grooves is the order of the day and there is no doubt that since 2022 the creative juices have flowed even more with every release. From the tropics of Far North Queensland, he is sweeping all before him like a typhoon with tendrils that reach into the vast textures of dance music. Whether its straight four on the floor, tech progressive or main room bounce his songs have all the layers necessary to catch a crowd. No matter if it’s at a festival, superclub or underground labyrinth, Von Sharp’s music quenches that insatiable thirst that is a standard for every dance floor. It drives. It has the breaks to turn every face skyward in fervent exaltation and it builds like the gathering thunderheads before a storm is about to hit. Heavy with all the right ingredients to make the experience stick long in the memory, his music will always leave his fans searching for more. Von Sharp is a rising star with a very bright future ahead of him.
