LushKells

Singer, songwriter & musician LushKells is an East London artist crafting soulful and uplifting music. Her musical journey began performing in the Gospel Youth Choir alongside studying the piano and the oboe with the Hackney Youth Orchestra, where she also began writing original songs and developing her distinctive lyrical style. Following her independent release of her debut EP Make it your own in 2018, LushKells gained wider recognition with King & Queen, released through Sony Music/Columbia Records UK. Her collaboration with DTee in de party was remixed by DJ Supa D, Mr Taffa & Paul Woolford, receiving support from BBC Radio 1, Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch and respected figures across the house scene. LushKells has continued to build her catalogue with new music, including Beautiful (2023), while developing both solo and collaborative projects. Her latest collaboration with producer Scottie B, Project Galaxy, reflects her passion for meaningful songwriting, melodic vocals and uplifting electronic music while continuing to explore the sounds of house, R&B, soul, jazz and Amapiano. LushKells continues to create music rooted in authenticity, musicality and connection.
