Hannah Storm

Hannah Storm started writing her own songs at the age of seven, growing up in a musical home in Oslo. After singing in a choir for 13 years, as well as graduating from the music academy at Foss High School, the jazz academy at Toneheim Folk High School and at LIMPI (Lillehammer Institute of Music Production and Industries), After some lengthy stays in Bergen she quickly became part of the city’s young music scene, and started collaborating with established artists, songwriters and producers such as Sondre Lerche, Vetle Junker, Matias Tellez and Odd Martin Skålnes, who have worked with Aurora and Girl in Red, among others. In the fall of 2021 her performance at trade festivals Vill Vest and By:Larm amazed the audience, critics and the music business. Hannah was immediately booked at one of Norway’s biggest and most prestigous festivals, Øya 2022! Hannah finds inspiration from a wide range of musical artists, from The Beatles, Queen and Frank Sinatra to Susanne Sundfør, Amy Winehouse and Adele, which makes sense if you listen to her upcoming debut single «Stranger». Hannah Storms compositions and performances are both timeless and immediate, and it is almost impossible not to be moved by her music, whether you prefer grandiose pop, melodic indierock or old 60s/70s classics. Asking her how she envisions the years ahead, Hannah simply answers: «As long as I can keep making lots of music and live the life I am living now, it will be the best I could have imagined»
