The Phosphenes

Born from the suburban sprawl of Caboolture, The Phosphenes formed at school in 2022 and have been perfecting their workhorse DIY ethic ever since. With a sound leaning hard into 90’s grunge and garage rock, there’s also a sprinkle of playful pop punk in the mix that gives them their own distinct sound. They’ve racked up supports with Frenzal Rhomb, Bodyjar, Jebediah, End Of Fashion, Great Gable and Radium Dolls and have been on festival lineups with The Screaming Jets, Butterfingers, Large Mirage, Goons of Doom & Pricey.
