Aimie Atkinson

Aimie Atkinson is an award-winning British actress and recording artist who won the BBC ‘Voice of Musical Theatre’ in 2006 and was nominated at the 2019 Olivier Awards for ‘Best Actress In A Supporting Role In a Musical’. Aimie is back with new music and will be performing her solo concert show at The Vaudeville Theatre in London on June 23rd, as part of The Westway Sessions, to coincide with her forthcoming album.The album Queen is OUT NOW! Aimie not only pays tribute to the musical theatre songs that have had the most impact on her life, but also explores her own pop singer-songwriter passion. The first single Alone , a duet with Natalie May Paris was followed up with the effervescent pop anthem Dare For Love Aimie has a strong pedigree on the West End stage. Best known as one of the original ‘Queens’, she played Katherine Howard in the phenomenal hit ‘SIX The Musical’ and features on the 100M+ played Original Soundtrack recording. From 2020 to 2023, Aimie starred as Vivian Ward in ‘Pretty Woman: The Musical’ (West End), and in 2023, she played Rem in the sell-out world première of ‘Death Note: The Musical’ at the London Palladium and Lyric Theatre. Most recently, Aimie was cast as Lucia in ‘Figaro: An Original Musical’ at the London Palladium (February 2025); and as Drew in ‘We Aren’t Kids Anymore: A New Musical’ at the Savoy Theatre (April 2025).
