Biography & Metadata
Murdagang PB is one of the South’s grittiest rising voices, commanding nearly 600K monthly Spotify listeners and millions of YouTube views. Records like “24 Hours,” “Warning Shots,” and “Channel 5 PB” have fueled a loyal and growing fanbase, even through pauses in his career. Now fully focused, PB is building consistent momentum with new solo work while contributing to 600 ENT’s 6WA album. Raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, PB grew up playing sports and watching wrestling, once scoring 50 points in a game at Polytechnic High School. Inspired early by his uncle and cousin’s local rap buzz, and heavily influenced by Boosie and Webbie, he gravitated toward music that reflected the realities around him. Those street experiences, and the trauma that came with them, became central to his sound. After losing his brother Bran Bran, PB recommitted to music, releasing a run of EPs that led to 2021’s Wayne Perry, powered by breakout single “24 Hours.” He followed with the melodic PTSD (2022) and the hard-edged Evil Minded (2023), which marked a return to form. Now signed to 600 Entertainment after building a relationship with BigXThaPlug, PB has sharpened his pen on 6WA, embracing competition and expanding his subject matter. With a solo album on the way, he’s chasing a milestone bigger than streams—a Gold plaque, and a moment Fort Worth hasn’t seen before.
