Tallahassee Florida native Cowboy Mugshot has embraced a genre-bending, macabre style from the jump. His ominous lyrics about love, loss, and self-loathing fly over esoteric textures, leaving fans intoxicated. He ripped his soul open and bled into his recordings, naked and unafraid. Since the release of his EP "Beautiful Waste" in 2021, Cowboy Mugshot has captured the attention of the Nashville music scene. Mostly derived from GarageBand phone-made demos, several songs then came to life in an LP titled “i was missing you” with the help of Grammy award-winning producer Ben Zelico in 2023. He has since released another EP entitled "i think of you when it rains" further expanding his chameleonic repertoire.
