OZ SCANDINAVIAN METAL MACHINE In the Metal World, OZ became known with their album FIRE IN THE BRAIN in 1983 and the Classic Maxi Single TURN THE CROSS UPSIDE DOWN in 1984. OZ has released 8 albums, several singles and been part of many split albums 2023 was the time for the OZ Vinyl Single UNDERCOVER/WICKED VICES. The single was released 24/11 2023 by MASSACRE Records. The Afterburner time continues 2017 TRANSITION STATE The album was released on 20/10 2017 by AFM Records. The new OZ line-up is coming totally from Pori in Finland. It was the time to release the old dogs and hire new hungry wolfs tells OZ founding member Mark Ruffneck. The drummer Mark Ruffneck keeps The Red Metal Machine running and after some years hiatus, all systems go again 1991 OZ was taking a break from Metal Music stage, but was back in business 2011 with the album BURNING LEATHER released 18/11 2011 World Wide (AFM Records and Spiritual Beast). That album was produced by Nicke Andersson (Hellacopters, Entombed). Old OZ hard core with Ape DeMartini (Lead Vocal), Jay C Blade (Bass and Vocals) and Mark Ruffneck (Drums) was back with new guitar players Michel Santunione and John Berg
