Jazmine Vallis

Long before her first single, music had been part of Jazmine Vallis’s life. Raised in a musical household and named Jazmine with a “Z” as a nod to jazz, she was immersed in music from an early age—a foundation that continues to shape her artistry today. Originally from just outside Detroit and now based in Nashville, she is a recording artist, songwriter, and performer known for her warm, soulful voice, signature rasp, and genre-blending sound. A graduate of Belmont University with a degree in Commercial Songwriting, she also draws on nearly two decades of dance training and experience as a former Division I Vanderbilt dancer to bring storytelling to life on stage. A Guinness World Record holder, Jazmine was one of 100 featured songwriters selected to perform for the Nashville 100 event at Brooklyn Bowl, helping set the record for the largest attendance at a writers round. She was also selected as one of just nine artists to compete in the Hard Rock Rising Global Competition, winning her round, and earning recognition as a Nashville finalist. With new music on the horizon, Jazmine is defining a sound rooted in emotionally driven songwriting, compelling performances, and a voice that leaves a lasting impression.
