Facta

Facta is a London-based musician, producer and DJ, and co-founder of the celebrated electronic record label, Wisdom Teeth. His approach as a musician and A&R is to join the dots between the upfront, club-ready sounds that he grew up on - garage, house, dubstep, grime, techno - and broader influences drawn from ambient, jazz, dub, pop, experimental electronics and beyond. He first made his name releasing on a number of the most respected labels in his field, including Tempa, Livity Sound, Idle Hands and Incienso. In 2014 he founded his own label, Wisdom Teeth, alongside close friend and collaborator K-LONE (Josiah Gladwell). Over more than a decade the label has grown to become one of the best-loved imprints of its generation. In 2021 he took a break from the club with the release of his debut LP, ‘Blush’ - an innovative record that moved a good few steps beyond his prior work: loosely rooted in UK dance music but taking added influence from ambient, modern classical, dreampop, Balearic and folk music. In 2025 he followed up with his sophomore LP, ‘GULP’ - a zippy, hi-def mini-album that received broad global acclaim, cementing his reputation as one of the scene’s most distinct voices: “Over a decade into owning his Wisdom Teeth label, Facta has learned what makes a record stand out not just among an artist’s catalog, but the genre in which it rests.” (Pitchfork)
