Pink Flamingos & The Cherry Lovers

Pedro Vega (vocals) and David Rodríguez (guitar) founded Pink Flamingos & The Cherry Lovers in 2022. Originally from the Canary Islands and now based in Madrid, their rise has been meteoric—winning contests, hitting key festivals, and building a strong connection with audiences at every show. Their live performances are all about energy, freshness, and groove. The band’s musical style is rooted in electropop, infused with touches of funk and soul, creating a distinctive, modern sound that’s recognizable from the very first beat. In 2023, they released their debut EP, Get Back To Life, produced, mixed, and mastered by Luis del Toro, a seasoned engineer with an international career, nominated and awarded at both the Latin Grammys and the Grammy Awards (USA). Between June and October 2025, they are set to release their second EP—self-produced by the band and once again mixed and mastered by Del Toro. The result is a body of work that solidifies their sound, asserts their creative independence, and brings in an extra layer of electronic textures without losing their rhythmic soul. Pink Flamingos & The Cherry Lovers: freshness, fire, and a future worth following.
