Biography & Metadata

▪️ Catharsis & Diversity. These are the two key principles behind everything producer, engineer, songwriter, and multi- instrumentalist Rayan Bailouni does. It’s about turning intangible emotions into tangible songs. “Art isn’t made to numb the mind, I believe its made to wake it up”...
▪️ In 2015 Rayan quit his job and decided to pursue music full time, bringing him back to Dubai, UAE. Delving into genres such as RnB, Hiphop, POP, trap, Neo-Soul, Progressive Rock and Heavy Metal he quickly became recognised as one of the most versatile and talented producers in the region.
▪️ The turn of this year saw Rayan have his best year to date. He wrote, composed, mixed, mastered and produced the official Rally Dakar 2020 Theme Track as well as produce over 70 singles with almost 9.5 million streams worldwide.
🧪 He also launched an Instagram video series called “Beat Lab”. The weekly videos have accumulated over 3 million views, leading to a spike in online attention from a host of artists and labels and the videos have been highlighted in regional and international press.
▪️ “Music is an actual language. Many people don’t know that 99% of the areas our brains use to understand speech and language are the same as listening to music. Everything today seems to sound like the same voice. I believe in speaking different, sounding different. Being different. That only happens working with artists who want to make a difference”.
