Alex Rusin

Alex Rusin – audio artist, creator and performer of electronic music Aleksander Rusin – based in Krakow. He comes from the Pieniny Mountains and draws inspiration not only from the beauty of nature, but also from ethnic music from around the world. He precedes his creative moments with research and recordings of the sonosphere, eagerly reaching for string instruments. Alex Rusin artist’s idiom is characterised by romantic moods, sophisticated melodies and rhythms intertwine with piano and string ensemble phrases. The artist creates musical narratives, playing with the perception and impressions of the audience during live performances. He draws inspiration from various genres, including electronic music, from artists such as Bonobo, ODESZA, Bicep, Overmono and Tourist. His musical palette is enriched by influences from jazz, neo-soul, classical, and film music.
